Great place! I've heard good things about BRGR before. A couple of my girl friends & I were downtown for a show. We went here for something to eat before it. The staff was AMAZING! Especially Howard, our waiter. He had us cracking up! All of the staff was fun & really nice. They messed up one part of our order but quickly fixed it. The food was really tasty too. The girls each got specialty burgers & I got a CYOB. Cooked perfectly. The fries were nice & hot, tasty. I'd never had fried pickles before, but now I have. Yummy! With the service we received, I'll be sure to go here again if we're hanging out downtown again.

I am a BRGR stop and have even begun a burger list on Google Maps. I'm not sure why people would rate this establishment with less than five stars. The brioche is out of this world, the Angus burgers are of high-grade and the side dishes are superb. This is just Exxon all around food in a really cool location. Highly recommend for gourmet Burger aficionados.

Not a great value proposition, but generally the food is good and I get exactly what I order. Some places I ask for a burger a specific way and it arrives wrong, but that has never been the case here. It fills up really quickly at lunch, so try to make sure that you are there when they open or you'll be waiting for a seat. The staff are always nice, but generally seem to be rushed then disappear for a long while which can be frustrating if you want a refill. Overall, worth it if you don't have to wait for a seat and you don't mind paying a bit more.

Amazing burgers but I think I came the wrong day. The place was full and there wasn’t any tables to be seated, so I decided to sit on the bar, took the bartender a solid 20 minuets just to give me the menu. I’m a very patient guy so I didn’t care much I ordered BRGR burger which was delicious but they mixed my fries order with sweet potato’s and it ruined the taste for me because I thought i had their “Specialty fries” it was an ok experience I guess the owner was kind enough to listen to me and give me 50% discount on my meal. She persuade me to come back to have a better experience. And I will.

I was craving a burger tonight so I found myself here ordering the aptly named BRGR. I'd say it was a solid entry into the burger lexicon. The patty was huge, almost to the edge of over filling my belly (almost). I would call it under-cookee for Medium Rare so if you are squeamish you know what to do. This particular burger featured oven-roasted tomatoes, which are quite sweet and that's mostly what I tasted. It was a good burger. I ordered Tots with my meal, because... well tots. They were well seasoned and were more than I could eat alongside the burger. The order could easily be shared. I surprised to see they had charged me .25 cents for a side of Ranch. Really? I know it's only a quarter, but when a burger costs $13.50, you l'd think they would throw in the sauce on the side.
