Kfc

I ordered a meal and with that came large sides and in one of my large sides (the coleslaw) there is a giant piece of plastic (as you can see in the picture). When I got ahold of a manager (2days later) I was asked to bring it back so that she could see it..which I did...she gave me a side of potatoes to replace it. I said "I think that there should be a little more done than that since I found plastic in my food"... She proceeded to replace my meal with old chicken that smelled like burnt grease, old dry potatoes (which, by the way, none of their sides have time or date stamps..and are supposed to) The next time I need chicken I will just take myself to Alexandria and go to Cane's because KFC in Pineville and Alexandria are both disgusting.

KFC has lost my family as customers. It seems like they just gave up. They don't care anymore. The grease is supposed to be changed periodically. Seems like they use the same grease because the chicken tastes burned. The biscuits used to be soft and fluffy and HOT! The rest is on par as far as I know. All I can taste is that burned grease. NOT good!

I ordered a three-piece dark this is what I got. This is what my $9.33 bought. These are the tiniest pieces of chicken I have ever seen in my life. I don't know if this is the way they are cutting the chicken these days, but what I do know is that I will never ever go back to that Highway 28 East store again. You lost a customer KFC. I placed a quarter for reference and my own finger and I have small hands. This place should be ashamed to serve food like this. KFC will go out of business if they keep serving up tiny bony pieces of chicken like this.
