Mcdonald's

This review is the product of my second negative experience at the Kingsville store. I will preface by saying there were no words exchanged in either instance so the possibility of me being impolite did not exist. My first experience was several weeks ago when I went into the store to place my order. This is the first time I had ever seen the new kiosks and running short of time before I had to go back to work I was not in the mood to learn how to use them so I went to the counter Where I Stood patiently for 8 minutes and was completely ignored. At least two employees saw me standing there and was not even kind enough to say we can't take your order at the counter. After 8 minutes I returned to work without anything to eat. The second incident was today at the drive-thru. The gentleman took my order quickly and efficiently and moved me down the line to the second window. Shortly thereafter a woman handed me my order without saying a word and closed the window. This used to be the best store in the Pineville Alexandria Area and the only one I would go to but something has clearly changed there. This may seem like a frivolous complaint but be warned: if an employee cannot manage something as simple as a little kindness or manners they are probably not able to do the hard things like follow food safety and hygiene rules while handling your food..... Just saying

Have tried this location multiple times. They cant get orders right, most of the workers are rude, and they are short tempered. I asked for a filet o fish meal and didnt get it the first time, and once we asked specifically for the MEAL, still only got the sandwich. Not pleased at all and will not he returning to this location. The one on highway 28 East is much better with their service, and all the way around. I also got sick from the sandwich that I ate... very disappointed in this location. They used to be so much better.
