Egg Platter

The place has an old southern roadside restaurant feel to it. I love the chicken paintings all over the place, they tell a funny story. The staff was awesome and cared about my accessibility, walk with a cane and leg brace. It was very clean, the busboy was on top of his job. The customers are older and they have a regular clientele. There was a bunch of things on the menu that is breakfast oriented. The food was ok, my husband's feta was in large unmelted chunks and my sandwich was a bit bland but it was good. Worth a visit to get your breakfast

This place is great for good old fashion comfort food ! Huge portions and very reasonable prices with a staff that is like family. I come here regularly for breakfast on Saturday mornings with friends because of these very reasons. If your want a personable experience with great food, then you need to try this place out!

When I got there it was busy and was told it would be a few minutes. I sat at the counter and did not have to wait very long. I ordered my beverage and then shortly afterwords the server took my order. I thought it would take some time as there was only one cook in the kitchen. But it seemed like a normal wait and my food was delivered promptly. The staff was very supportive of each other and my experience was pleasant.

This was my 3rd time eating at this establishment. Ordered coffee,chicken fried steak 2eggs over easy and home fries. No water ,fist cup of coffee was a half a cup of cold coffee,when I finally got a refill it was burnt and scalding hot. Only two other patrons when I arrived and I guess I sat in the wrong area. It is doubtful I will return to this place. The food is alright. I normally tip well, however I do expect good service. Not sure if the wait staff is just unfriendly or if they were competing.

The bacon was cooked to absolute perfection! I asked for bacon, crispy and even my husband agreed it could not have been cooked better. If you're looking for a simple place to grab a meal that's going to be exactly what you thought it was, this is the place. Sometimes you don't want any crazy flavors or trendy plating. They know how to cook here as they have been doing for forever and it shows...a well oiled machine. Give them a shot, I think you'll be surprised.
