Kfc

I have been to KFC 2 different times to get the family meal buckets and the first time I was told they were out of chicken after I sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes then the 2nd time we go back and sit there another 15 to 20 minutes to order the same meal and they say we don't have any chicken cooked it will be 30 minutes if we wanted to wait I mean dang what is the use in being KFC if you NEVER have any chicken????

I drove through and order a 3 piece tenders combo. It was supposed to come with tenders, dipping sauce, fries, a biscuit and a drink. I got tenders, fries and a drink. I wasn't even offered dipping sauce and no biscuit. I paid well over $7 for my meal and am very disappointed!! I tried to call them but they didn't answer the phone.

Don't frequent drive throughs often, but sometimes it is just necessary. The food is generally fine, but they are feeling the lack of employees. The same girl took my order at the speaker, processed the charge, then said ,please pull forward, I will need to go package your order and bring it out to you. There was no one in front of me. They also had no product in extra crispy at all and it was going to be a 20 min wait, so I opted for original for both orders (2 piece combos, not buckets or multiples). She was very pleasant, but to be out of chicken during evening ( supper) time seemed unusual.
