Taco Bell

Placed an online order an hour and half before closing. It took our money, said it would be ready. We get there, the place is basically closed. There's 2 people cleaning and they don't acknowledge us. The still was the better part of an hour til closing. The order said it was ready and everything. Worst experience with taco bell yet. Very disappointing

Had the pleasure of witnessing the male staff call a mom and her kids the B & C words. It’s been 24 hours and no one has contacted me about submitted heard words. If you are female and make suggestions, please remember that this Taco Bell will make you subservient. Eat at your own risk. If you precede to heed the above advice, don’t question their actions or language, as you will be banned. It’s a shame Google makes me give them a star…..

This is my local taco-bell. I come here often. I think it is good,you get more than other taco Bell's. Most of the staff are exceptional with the exception of a few that can't be bothered to say your welcome or anything. If you don't have customer service skills do not work in a place where you should! The only down side is they are out of items alot! But over all a good place! Have to add this...went today and they are currently closed for 10 mins?!?!! What???! Doesn't make sense. Get it together taco Bell!! Lost several cars due to this. Why would you be loosing business in a world that's hard to actually have good business!?

Used to love this place. Picked up our food was missing an item... no biggie... all 3 of our taco supremes were missing tomatoes, chips were super salty, and the whole time I was sitting inside I could hear the shift manager mocking drive through customers for not having exact change. Oh and the food was cold to Luke warm at best

Well I have been to the Taco Bell in Easley tonight and the one in Pickens and both were for Cooper eats orders and both phenomenal especially the one in Easley with the 25 item order. The girl at each absolutely amazing! It is a delivery driver I am absolutely grateful for them and their willingness go above and beyond!!! Keep up the great work ladies read drivers appreciate you

Pickens Taco Bell has stepped up the game the man at the window Josh Pitts was over the moon wonderful very nice, extremely polite, they only had 2 people working it was Josh an another person an the wait wasn’t an extremely long time like most of the time we decide to come to Taco Bell. Most of the time we have the worlds most horrible service, rude staff but this time I will say it was the best time we had when we went all thanks to Josh pitts an the coworker he had with him.
