My partner and I stopped here for lunch on a whim, and we were not disappointed. It was hard to choose what to get, because everything on the menu looked amazing. I was also surprised to see the wide selection of wine and beer available. I decided on the Italian cold cut, and my partner got the Spicy Castellano. Both sandwiches were delicious and packed with high quality meats. Our food was brought out to us on their spacious patio when it was ready. We can’t stop thinking about this place, and we’ll definitely be back! (Spicy Castellano pictured)

Used to have the best cream of crab soup and crab cakes around but unfortunately decided to discontinued both. Still have a few good entrees but would like to see dinner menu expanded to add more beef and seafood entrees. Small local place also with a nice outdoor picnic table area.

Good food, staff was friendly but not overly attentive. Prices were a bit steep, but portions were decent. Lots of strawberries on the salad. Shrimp taco had a sweet and spicy sauce.

Fallen from grace. This place started out as an amazing and unique addition to the bland generic faux Italian food of the area. In the last year it has removed anything interesting from the menu, skimped on sides, ingredients, and overall quality while maintaining and even raising prices. The do poor a generous cocktail at a reasonable price but every other facet of this place has declined. Take out used to be a treat from here, but the last 4 takeout orders were completely botched. We dined in this evening and got severely overcooked burgers and cold soup (and it wasn’t supposed to be a cold served soup). The staff is still friendly and are clearly working hard, it it feels like ownership or management has given up on this place and is not trying to optimize the glide to the bottom. It’s a real shame as this place was the absolute star of the area.

First time ordering from here - won’t ever come back.
We placed an online order with a pickup time of 5:45.
Arrived a few minutes early, checked in at the counter, and were told it would be a few minutes… not a problem.
We then stood around for 15 minutes before deciding to check on the status of our food.
An employee handed us our order with no explanation of how long it had been ready, nor a reason for us not being notified (we were standing about 10 feet from the counter in plain sight).
When we tried to ask the hostess that we had first spoken too the manager decided to intervene. (We never requested his presence)
We explained that we wanted to ask how we got lost in the shuffle, he said he didn’t care what we had to say to his employee and should speak to him.
He then walked right alongside of us as we left the restaurant saying it was an honest mistake and saying ‘what do you want me to do?’
He asked us if we’ve ever made a mistake before, and asked what our first job was (referring to the young woman who lost track of us).
His tone was anything but professional and was needlessly aggressive.
I can’t imagine why we would ever return to deal with such an unpleasant manager or undercooked (raw dough) pizza ever again.

This place is very quickly becoming one of my favorite places. Great for lunch or pick up and go. Killer cold cuts, great burger and friendly service. My personal favorite is the Kastendikes Way sandwich.

This place and specifically manager Ryan is the worst. Wasn't happy with order gave back appetizer got nothing in return. Ordered crab egg rolls. Very rich and no crab meat. Returned 3. 8 of the 4 egg rolls appetizer. Counter worker said he needed a code to get me a refund and manager was off premises. Lest name and number and food. Waited approx 3 hours then called to inquire. About 30 minutes later call from Ryan who was upset with me and stated I had call 35 times which was just a lie and told him he could check his own phone records to see the dishonesty in his statement. He then when on to tell me that not enjoying the meal is a valid reason for a refund. Even if you return 90%. He then said he needed to speak with another manager and he'll call me back about the refund his employee only told me he needed a code to complete. At that point I left him that I would be writing an article about the establishment and his actions. This enraged him he told me go write there's nothing else to be done. Ive been in Restaurant over 30 years. I'm still in disbelief that a manager would be so non interested in customer satisfaction. I do plan on trying to reH ownership.
