first time here and i really enjoyed it!! the environment is very welcoming and everyone was very friendly. Jess thoroughly explained everything and answered our multitude of questions— she is amazing!! would definitely recommend to come here and get work done, get to know friends more, and relax!

This place is super original. I loved the Kava cocktail. I was looking for a cocktail bar in Phoenix but decided to come here instead. Didn’t disappoint! Jess was awesome and really was knowledgeable.i brought my mom here and she loved it!

Lacuna is the most incredible innovation type of place. I always wanted to try Kava but didn’t like the taste, but with the cocktails at Lacuna it was delicious. I love it! it’s really something unexpected. Jess was amazing. She took the time to explain al of the options so nicely.

Arianna was very helpful and welcoming! She explained everything and answered all of our questions. This was my first time experiencing kava and she was very friendly and provided excellent service! I would recommend this place to any of my friends! 10/10 would come here again.

Every time I come here, I feel so relaxed. The service here is amazing. The kavatenders are super attentive, and very knowledgeable about all the products offered here. Jamie the kavatender is super attentive, a great person to talk to, and she’s really great at making sure all her customers are well educated before serving them. I love Lacuna!

Been coming here for quite some time now at different times of the day depending on what’s going on with my schedule. It’s my favorite place to grab a Kava and Kratom cocktail while I bust open the laptop for work! Ariana is super knowledgeable and takes the time to help everyone learn a little about Kava and Kratom before they make their drink choice. Now I walk in and she remembers it every time! Really easy place to keep coming back to with that kinda service!

This place is a hidden gem. One if the best places in phoenix to lounge and work on the laptop. Great selection of teas and drinks. Staff members are really friendly. Ariana makes the best mango tea!
