Bubba Phatz is true barbecue that doesn't rely on a sauce to make it good, the meat is perfectly cooked and is excellent all on its own. Being able to choose from a range of sauces is just an added perk you get to enjoy to personalize your meal.
It's about time downtown got a good, authentic barbecue place!

I came here 1st Friday an it was good. It's all home made food not out of a container cr@p most places use. Stop by and try it you won't walk out unhappy I know I didn't
