Subway

The young man working did a great job. I placed the order online. I received a call from him and was informed they were out of 2 ingredients for the sandwiches I ordered. Let me know my options. In today's world, most people would have taken the easy route and made the sandwiches and hoped I never caught the different ingredients. He did a great job. This was on - 11-12-23, about 9pm. GREAT JOB young man!

Wow, I gave this spot another chance. It took me 2 years, and today I went from a 1 star to 5 stars. The latin lady that helped me with 3 sandwiches was so polite and she turned my bad day to a good day. Her attitude was so uplifting. I needed that. When I got home and ate my tuna sandwich I realized it was the best tuna sandwich I've had from Subway. Thank You to this awesome Lil lady. I wish I would have gotten her name. Next time. I'll be back.

I have been a regular customer at this Subway location since I moved into the neighborhood and I have to say that the team and manager are amazing. Despite some negative reviews, I have always found the staff to be professional and entertaining, thanks to the head manager, Freddy. His level of customer service is unparalleled and it is clear that he takes great pride in ensuring that every customer is satisfied. As someone with general management and management counseling experience, I can confidently say that Freddy's leadership is a major contributor to the positive experience I have had at this Subway location. I now find myself coming to this location twice a week, and sometimes even more, simply because of the exceptional service I receive. Overall, I highly recommend this Subway location for anyone looking for a delicious sandwich and top-notch customer service. Five stars!
