Panda Express

We come to this location about once a week and the food is always good but the service is terrible. They are always out of everything and so we have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for one or more of the plates while the other plates sit there and get cold. The girl behind the counter would not respond when I said the rest of the food was going to get cold, she just laughed and spoke to her teammates in Spanish.

I normally don't come to this panda Express but I will now. When I came in it was 7:00pm and most of the food was gone, Christian the cashier at the time made sure I was taken care of while the food was cooking and was givimg me timed updates on the food. At the end he wished me a good night and to enjoy the food, it's hard to get customer service like that now a days!

The service was extremely quick and the woman who helped me was helpful and sweet. I ordered an orange chicken bowl and couldn't help but notice their panda bowls have shrunk over the years! I remember being able to get full AND have leftovers from one of their bowls but I was able to finish the whole thing in one sitting. Panda is just one of many restaurants that have downsized... but the food is still good.

The store was clean, didn’t have any customers at the time, but the person who shined was a young lady named Justice who provided too notch customer service! She was informative, ordered fresh food from the cooks to fill my order and was pleasant and hoped to see me again. She’s a gem and I hope the manager there recognizes the great service she gave me yesterday during my first visit to this location.

I usually visit Panda Express on E Thunderbird Rd and 40th st. This visit I experienced employees testing the food with a thermometer and cleaning it with the same wipe then inserting it into the next dish of food and testing that one using the same thermometer. Besides the chemical of the wipe, they inserted into the food I eat, Another customer left instead of ordering because she is allergic to shrimp and observed them inserting the same thermometer they used to test the chicken, into the shrimp. I told the manager to be helpful, but she just said that's how it's done so I left. We did go to the Panda Express on Tatum and the manager there said they were cautious not to do that. Always enjoy panda!! when I walked in there is always a friendly greeting, wide variety of food and very kind customer service. My experience was watching someone teach a new hire on what to do and what to say. I enjoyed seeing the friendliness and experience behind the teaching even when it got busy as it was a lunch rush.
