I decided a bit of breakfast was in order one day, and decided rather than some questionable fast food breakfast, I'd hit up a brunch spot.. I had heard of Daily Jam in Tempe, but found out there was this location right by Central & Roosevelt light rail station. The Red Velvet Waffles were surprisingly filling and quite decadent - I barely used any of the syrup, since the icing alone kicked up the taste.. Next time, I may just have to get a side of Frozé..

Red velvet waffles were fun to try. Atmosphere was really peaceful on a weekday morning - nice light and open. You order and pay at the counter and they bring your food to your table. Free refills on coffee when you eat in.

Been wanting to try this place since it was N Counter and was disappointed when it became Daily Jam, but found out it was just a name change. Tried the award winning Red Velvet Waffles and they were delicious. My order was served quickly and served with the sights and sounds of Downtown Phoenix. Hoping to sit on the patio when the weather feels like fall.

Its a no wonder why Voted Best Waffles in Arizona by Food Network! Daily Jam is a casual, local spot for breakfast, lunch, brunch and breakfast cocktails.

The red-velvet waffle was not only gluten free but was also completely guilt free and super yummy! Price was $$ typical of Phx Arts District area...definitely a treat for me. Slow down if GPS is guiding or you may miss the FREE covered parking access. I had such a great visit! All the comfort of a cafe with restaurant quality menu

What a cute little place off Roosevelt! The waffles were crispy and delicious, the classic benedict was pretty good but the egg was just a little overcooked to my liking - side potatoes were awesome. A good sized menu and we didn't have too much trouble grabbing a seat on a Saturday although they were definitely busy. Small amount of parking in a garage right next door that is free with validation.

Delicious fluffy waffle, outstanding customer service & a dog-friendly patio! The waffle is so plenty big, consider getting 2 different flavors & sharing. Thanks to the staff for asking if I want 1 egg or 2 (only option on the menu is 2, so I was happy to oblige only 1), & for recommending the cold brew coffee because their espresso machine was under repair. Yes, it’s warm in PHX but go early & enjoy the misters

Love the vibe in this location and staff is friendly. Got the Red Velvet Waffle and upon picking it up, I could smell how wonderful it would taste. The waffle was a good size and fluffy.
One note, you've got to park in the parking garage, but good news is that it's literally next to the store.

Absolutely mouth watering. I happened to be here for the Anniversary special edition waffle and it was Confetti Waffle bliss! I will be back with the entire family for the next round!
