UPDATE This location has stepped up its game. After not visiting for years because of the below reasons, they have fixed the problem. Also the staff is super nice and helpful and are making great sandwiches.
I have been to Firehouses in Arizona, Florida, Jersey and other places. For some reason this is the only location that slices the meat thick. It ruins the sandwich. I wonder why they do that.

Love visiting this location. The mural is of view from the fire station across the street which is a nice touch.

Called in an order and customer service was over the top excellent. Provides a better sub sandwich than competitors. Love the engineer sans onions.

Great food at a fair price. This is a convenient location but the parking is a nightmare. It’s too small a lot for all the businesses that share it. That said, the service is fast and friendly. They have gluten free bread, which is a huge plus (and it’s actually delicious). The turkey bacon ranch is a favorite. The subs come in a box to keep them from getting smashed. My second choice after Jersey Mike’s for a hot sub.

My favorite sandwich place in Ahwatukee! They are a bit slow, but everything is made fresh when you order it and the heated sandwiches are the bomb. My favorite is their Italian style sub which is A++ and supremely excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to eat in South East Ahwatukee! They are seriously the best!

Decent as far as the chain goes. Qui K service every time. Food is always good. Taking off a star because they sauced an online order (twice) even though it was marked for no dressing both times. They got it right on other orders, though. Decent cleanliness - good overall, but sometimes not as clean as some other locations.

Good veggie sandwich. I would have liked some avocado, but the sandwich was really good. It was different. The bread was toasted and the veggies were sauteed. But the taste was very good.
