Good friendly service. Although one customer "grubhuber" wasn't happy as he had ordered ahead. We had banana and chocolate fudge great flavor, and cookie monster tasted bland, but the topping made it good. The prices are a little pricy, but the flavors are good. They were out of Autumn flavor we wanted to try.

Really great place for some interesting desserts. There are shakes, sundaes, cones, cakes, or you can create your own. The coolest thing about this place is when they freeze the shakes by shooting a fire extinguisher into your order. Overall place is very clean, nice lighting if you choose to dine in, and plenty of seating for groups and/or families. Highly recommend this place.

Really good, fun to be able to customize and watch them make your ice cream in front of you. This is definitely a treat though, it’s more expensive than most ice cream places, with the tradeoff that it’s all custom made to what you want. I had the cashew base for mine, and it was amazing. Would go back again, but not unless it’s a special occasion to be honest.

I’ve been here twice, although my first experience was a lot better than my recent experience. At my first experience (which some one paid for me, so I didn’t notice the price), I had black cherry with cheesecake, and both of which were absolutely marvelous, fresh, and distinctly unique. The next time, I got chocolate with Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and I can’t say that I was impressed at all. It was fine, but not anything better than a chocolate ice cream I could get elsewhere, even the grocery store. That was especially shocking considering that my order was $7, which is twice the amount of an ice cream that I could buy at a grocery store. It is a fine and interesting experience, but I would recommend to be more bold in your ice cream choice than I was

Absolutely my favorite ice cream. They make it from scratch to order. And they use liquid nitrogen to freeze it. Very fun for kids, and adults. The texture is so smooth and creamy. And it doesn't melt as fast as other ice creams. The menu can be a little intimidating at first, but they will explain the process for you and before you know it, you'll be bringing all your friends and explaining it to them.

You're more than likely going to have to wait a while due to the process of making ice cream completely from scratch. However I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing consistency of the ice cream. It's different than anything I've ever had before. I tried the cookie butter and it was great, but I think the chocolate was better. It has a wonderfully​ rich and moderately dark flavor.
