It's KFC...<br/><br/>I'm not sure why but most KFC I've been to, in the Philippines at least, has this very weird odor. It smells disgusting as you enter the store but quickly dissipates (either that or you get used to it). And this store has the most noticeable smell.<br/><br/>This is also one of the bigger places that I've been to. It's really quite spaces but tends to also get busy. Store staff tend to be rude sometimes but you get used to it.<br/><br/>In terms of the food, it's KFC! One of the best fried chicken there is.

I love their foods but I’ve noticed that their place is not well ventilated. I’ve been here several times, their place is quite big but their air conditioning system couldn’t cover the whole place to make it cool and comfortable enough for their customers. You should always check first if the a/c could reach your chosen seat.

Tried the new Chicken Skin Cracklings by KFC, i'd say it tastes like any average fried seasoned chicken skin. I was expecting their original recipe taste on my order but it was not marinated or seasoned in that fashion. It is more expensive than your run off the mill chicken skin at street corners, what i'm paying for here is peace of mind.

I remember KFC as my go to food place back in my University days. This branch of KFC inside the Festival Mall has numerous seats that can accommodate quite a lot of people, fast counter attendants and servers, and the gravy is always on point. 👌🏼

kfc is always kfc and although the crispy skinned fried chicken of bigger chains are more popular for the kids, us adults still love the herbs and spices that makes the meat (not only the skin) tasty. takeout bucket for dinner.

Always and forever kfc hahaha! My mom and dad love this place as we do not have the choice to dine in here we are again. Area is always busy and ofcourse their unlimited soup or would i say gravy is still alive!!! Yum yum yum!!

Wag nyong kakainin yung bagong chili cheese chicken. Hindi kakain kain sobrang alat sinira nya lang yung lasa ng kfc chicken. Tapos dito sa kfc alabang maghihintay ka ng order mo dun sa counter banda nakatayo kalang hindi ka bibigyan ng number ikaw lang kukuha dun at ang tagal pa ng serbisyo.

Not because it is a fast-food restau it means that you have to hold back when it comes to sanitation and customer service. I am so disappointed, I hope KFC's HR could manage to train their employees much better.

Cheesy famous bowl with mashed potato, chicken strips, corn, cheesy and KFC's best gravy for only 50 php (a la carte). First time to eat mashed potato and I really liked it.

Bad service. Rude staff. We ordered fries but what they served us was like old fries so we requested them to give us newly cooked fries which they did. Krushers were okay too. Wish they could train their staff to be pleasant and accommodating KFC

*-- Tried their newest Texas Barbeque Rice Bowl. And it was fantastic! I love their own version of java rice, and mind you, the corn complimented the meal. This dish is totally a goodie for me! <br/><br/>The venue is really jam-packed since it's Sunday and we went there for lunch, so the number of the guests is obvious. <br/><br/>The thing that disappoints me was that, since it was a peak time, the staffs for bust-outs are also in a rush so they are not focused on the sanitation, uh-oh! I hate that!
