There is also a spa, sauna, and steam rooms, not to mention a fitness center and on-site yoga classes. Bike parking is also available. On-site maintenance offers several services to unit owners.

WARNING ⚠️ (most positive reviews are from paid agents & staff) If you're looking to move to Waterfront Square, don't. This place has the worst management I've ever encountered. MY UNIT WAS BURGLARIZED & several high value items stolen (possibly by staff or as a direct result of their negligence) this isn't the first time this has happened to a resident; management did nothing to remedy the situation & refused to corporate with me during investigation or show any sympathy. Management constantly puts out rules that are senseless & border line infringe on your right, they implore strong arm tactics. Not to mention how insensitive & Prejudice they are (Megan & Ryan). Staff are generally rude & incompetent. If you are also looking to lease or purchase be ready to deal with bigotry from George Cahill who serves as the primary agent & gate keeper on who he des worthy to move here based on your demographic. If you're looking to be treated fairly with dignity & be safe/secure, then Waterfront Square is absolutely not for you.

Do not rent from Waterfront Square, especially through George Cahill.. worst realtor experience ever. Management is full of crooks.. Called to get proof of maintenance request after we moved out (due to owner trying to take a repair $ out from security deposit stating negligence when we attempted to get them to repair when repairs were supposed to covered by owner ) .. Megan is stating we need a lawyer to subpoena the maintenance request NOW even after she said she would send it to me TWICE .. They only look out for themselves.. CROOKS.
