Worst Starbucks EVER. I went there today and there were about 3 employees all black females and the Cashier was the Rudest lady. I ordered she just stood there didnt tell me how much, then I gave her my Starbucks card and said I thought I had a free on. She swiped it and handed it to me. Saying nothing. Then a chick made my order way to sweet and in a Tall cup not Grande that I ordered. They need to fire all the people that work there that cant even give good customer service.

If it weren’t for the fact that this was one of the few late night places on campus that accepts dining dollars, I would have avoided this Starbucks like the plague. staff here are incredibly rude and condescending, & come up with bogus charges (like adding extra syrup when stores are not supposed to charge extra for iced drinks made without ice) when you place your order, it’s almost like you owe the manager, ‘miss pam’ a favour, despite the fact that you are a paying customer. The fact that this store is affiliated with Penn Dining is the only reason why people still come here, as the attitude of all the baristas is absolutely appalling.

Customer service does not correspond Starbucks brand. One of the ladies was asking everybody in line “Wacha want?”. When she got to me with this question, she misinterpreted my order. Then, when at the cashier I repeated it, instead of remaking it as normal Starbucks employee would do, she started arguing that what she claims is right. The funny thing is, I ordered a simple iced coffee with one flavor...

Depending on what day and time of day you go will reflect the service/attitude of the staff in this Starbucks. If you don't to see snide behavior or get your order messed up then cut your losses and go to the 39th and walnut location. I wish I was exaggerating, but I used to go there every other day in the morning and night, last year because it was the closet Starbucks to home without walking across campus. If you're going there purely to study then its a decent place, though it gets crowded very quickly after 9 AM and at night.

Women who work in this location are rudest I have ever seen. They just keep talking and ignoring you when you are ready to order. They are yelling to you when your food/drink is ready..... They just don't care they will lose this job because they work at a university. They should all get fired. / It has been two years after I made above comments... I came back and they are still working at here but zero improvement....
