This was a pleasant find, truly some great hummus done the right way, a meal in and of itself.

Edit: why did you have to close? I am heartbroken
BEST HUMMUS IN PHILLY HANDS DOWN. This review is written by an Israeli citizen - my entire family gives our blessing, humusology is authentic and very well done Israeli hummus. The pitas are always fresh and warm. Prices feel a little high, but it is worth it and you get a filling meal. If prices were lower I could eat here every day.

Excellent hummus with various topping choices. I had the shahshuka with was simply delicious with ingredients that were fresh. They recently introduced a meat option (lamb) which I will probably try at some point in the future.
This is a charming locations which appears to be two row units combined into one. The adjoining garden provides a nice backdrop while dining in.

This place is awesome! It seemed to be run by one guy who did everything; he was very friendly. The food is delicious and filling, the presentation is great, the atmosphere is great. There's a beautiful mural outside the back door, so even the lighting and view are great.
It's Philadelphia, so yes, one gender neutral bathroom. There are options with meat, eggs, cheese, but it's vegetarian-friendly.

Hands down the best hummus I have ever eaten. I don't know how they achieve the rich creamy texture, but it has been on my mind since I visited. I can't wait to come back here next time I'm in Philly. I wish I had some right now.

I heart this place, it's the best hummus I've eaten!!! food is fresh and flavors are delicious. I highly recommend getting the go hard/go home hummus! Massive 'Thank you' to Chefs Charles and Anwar for the excellent food, friendly service and accommodating my food sensitivities; it means so much to me!!!

This is one of my favorite places for a quick bite. They have phenomenal hummus. The tahini comes from Israeli and great quality. I usually get the Ironman which comes with meat, a side salad and fresh pita. Prices are usually $10-12.

Was sad that the prior business in this space had left but now am excited to have a favorite hummus place nearby! Serving sizes are large. I couldn't even finish my platter! The hummus is creamy, roasted veggies are a filling and flavorful addition, and the pita is made in-store and served warm. It also comes with pickles! Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

Up there in the list of 'best hummus places outside of Israel'! Authentic, fresh, and the employees care about their customers... case in point: after a half dozen repeat orders, I one time asked for extra veggies instead of pita bread, and my delivery arrived with a cute note on a full container of cucumber slices for dipping :)
I like their hummus far better than Dizengoff...

DELICIOUS Israeli-style hummus, which I consistently find to be the best kind. Smooth and fresh with a variety of trimmings. I'm vegan and I felt there were enough choices for me there, which is a rarity. Quick, clean, reasonably priced. I live in the neighborhood and will surely return soon!

After a year in Jerusalem, I was craving Israeli hummus and bourekas, and really didn't think I would find them anywhere stateside. We ordered the hummus with fava and egg, and potato bourekas, and it was more than enough food for two people. In my experience, everything was completely authentic and delicious. The pita was served warm and fluffy, and there was a huge portion of smooth, delicious hummus with all the toppings. I loved the space of the restaurant, with the Israeli art. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. I really can't thank Hummusology enough for filling a huge hole in my heart.

This is a good place to try something tasty and healthy. They have all vegetarian / vegan items. The hummus is purely fantastic in taste. Even though they serve vegetarian food and you are a meat lover, you might wanna give it a try. They have whole wheat pita for those who are dieting and I personally tried a dish with chickpeas and other veggies. It was tasty. Cards are accepted. The only cliche - they have lemon water. Not the simple one! So you might wanna carry your own water bottle unless you are ok with bottled water that you have to buy separately. Rest all.... Is go go!!

Great hummus! I love that the hummus is the star of the show and not just an appetizer. Fresh and the shakshuka style hummus bowl was amazing. Will come back next time I'm in Philly.

I came here starving, and left so completely full. The nice gentlemen let me try some of their hummus before deciding which cool variety I wanted. As I enjoyed my wonderfully fresh food meal I gazed out at a budding garden. This place transported to Israel during lunch hour תודה
