Mcdonald's

Had to wait 15 minutes for a curbside order #1959, Friday, 10 a.m., at Pflugerville Pecan Street location) of three items—large drink, apple slices and hash browns. After 15 minutes I went into the store and got my order just as it was being picked up by an extremely older employee who had just come from the bathroom. Normally it takes about 5 minutes for curbside! I realize it was nearly the end of the breakfast rush, but what’s the point of curbside if you have to get the order yourself??

I ordered a meal with a coffee and another coffee. Get to the window no total is ever given just a hand for my card. I pay and pull up get a meal and a coffee. I explain I ordered another coffee the girl looks up says “no it’s just one” I ask for another coffee and she just stands there. I passed her my card she brings me my receipt and card then asks me to pull up to the parking spots. I’ve had this happen before so no big deal. I’m waiting and an employee walks up with an order that’s isn’t mine I say “I don’t think that’s for me” she proceeds to yell at me that I parked in the wrong spot I tell her the people put the wrong number because if they were parked here I wouldn’t have been able to park. But she just keeps yelling as she walks away that I parked in the wrong spot. It was insane. I called to talk to a manager and she just kept saying “uh-huh sir sorry sir” like I don’t want the lady fired just maybe a bit of training up there. I’ve never yelled at a customer.

Worst McDonald’s in Pflugerville… always check your bag before leaving because I guarantee you something is missing. Have them repeat your order back because they do not have a lot of staff that understands let alone speaks good English. Prepare yourself for rude customer service, And if you’re door dashing or doing Uber Eats, prepare to have a late order.

I want to give a huge kudos for the team working 7/4/2022 around 4ish PM, I had a medical emergency with my daughter, we were dehydrated with this Texas heat from our walk McDonalds was the closest to us, i asked for help ended up passing out helped my poor baby as well. They quickly swung into action calling EMS for us, quickly brought us water, Powerade for my daughter waited with us until EMS arrived and kept checking up with us even when they arrived. I would love to drop off a little something in appreciation for there great act they were our angels yesterday. If I may receive a good email to contact management would appreciate it.

I shouldn't expect too much from a McDonald's, I guess. The words "thank you" were never spoken by the order taker, the gentleman who took my payment (he spoke no words at all, except in his conversation with his co-workers), nor at food pickup. Speaking to the manager, I was told "well, they're teenagers". Sounds like some training is in order. Until that happens, don't reward this level of service with your business.

The app order that I placed had free fries on it and when I got to the last window they said I owed $3.02 and they couldn't do simple math and figure out why. Not even the manager. 5th grade math, really? Then I return everything and told them to refund everything. Wow, so shocked about the way staff/manager handled it. Manager handed me the refund and closed the window when I started to look at the receipt. The receipt shows I was right.
