Mcdonald's

My 13 year old son discovered what looks like a fountain nozzle attachment in his drink. He did not see it initially because of the ice and dark drink color (Dr. Pepper). This in of itself isn't that big of a deal. These things happen. I get it. However, the manager's reaction was inexcusable. My husband simply wanted them to be aware that they probably are missing a part from a machine and to let them know that perhaps their machine and/or the process to clean it may need to be checked. He was not looking for any sort of compensation. He did not bring it back until the next day because it was discovered after driving away and because we had our own employee event that evening (we own a business). The manager immediately accused him of placing the part into the drink and was very argumentative. There were no apologies and no interest in even looking at the part. When he asked her to check the machine to see if it was missing this part, she responded that no, I know it is not missing anything without looking at it. I get that people are sue happy and the business needs to protect its own interests. There's stress because of lack of employees. However, blaming the customer as the first response is just blatantly horrific customer service and just a bad business practice.

This McDonalds isn’t very good. The wait time is always longer than it should be, there is never enough staff on hand, sometimes you can hear the manager being extremely rude to the employees, and the temperature is rarely correct. I usually eat breakfast here and I pick up in the drivethru, but I had some time on my hands so I decided to eat my lunch inside. For being relatively empty you’d think that it would have been a lot more clean inside as well.

Came here to write a review, and found out I had already done a review of this place 3 years ago. It was 1/5 stars then. It still is. I deleted my old review just so i could write a new one. Nothings changed. Came through the drive through today and didn't receive half of my meal. And its still the slowest and worst service I've seen in the food industry. I'm sure I'll forget I wrote this review and be back here in another few years wishing that google allowed 0/5 stars.

What a joke McDonald's has become. No human contact. We couldn't figure out how to use the computerized box to order on. The woman who was there was rude and wouldn't help us. We begged her several times to help us. When she did walk over to us she was so discussed she had to help. She put a 74 in the machine and walked away. We didn't get any creamer for the coffee. You need to go ask for a napkin straw ....what ever is needed to eat your meal. No more McDonald's for us.

Might have the worst service in Wisconsin. I watch cars and people waiting in line, walk or drive out because the wait can be agonizingly long. I’m sure they will claim that they can not find help but customers expect you to find a way to fix the problem that has been going on for many years at this location . I am a franchise owner ( not McDonald’s ) and I am sure with different ownership, this place would thrive! I dive by 5 different McDonald’s on my way to work and only stop here when necessary….

I don't usually dunk on fast food places but this one was the most half a$$ chicken sandwich I've ever been handed and that's saying something. Like a dollar of sauce but a dime made it on the burger. 1 pickle size of a nickel almost off the undercooked pattie. Like, it's hard to do this without almost trying. But it was the thing I ordered and it was quick and they were understaffed.
