We pull up on a cold day, to 2 workers sitting at a table and the doors locked, they tell us the door on the otherside of the building is open. So we walk all the way around to then watch them unlock the door they told us we couldn't enter. While waiting for our food I went in the ladies room, JUST NASTY!!!
Then the food comes, everything was cold and the chicken nuggets and fries were dark brown.. dirty old!! I go up to get a extra sauce and look back to were they are making good and the floor is gross, food bags 🤢🤮

Waited in line for nearly 10 minutes when there were only two cars in front of me after placing my order. Order was on the receipt correctly, but not all items were correct. I literally saw three employees all huddled around the drive-thru station, and I'm not convinced they were doing much work. If I sit there for 10 minutes with only two cars in front of me, I at least want the order to be right. It wasn't, and I have no desire to return.

Ordered a #5. Horrible service the window guy didn't even greet me and didn't tell me my total l had to ask.My food was cold and old. If I would of knew they were this horrible I could of saved my $$. The fries looked and tasted like they had sat out all night. This location doesn't even deserve a star Period!!

Staff was friendly. The made the nuggets fresh for me as requested but the fries were horrible. I swear, lately if you dont ask for the fries fresh from McDs, they aren't good. Bummer but overall, im full and that's what matters.

I get lunch from this location from time to time, and never have any issues. Order through the app, and I get my food promptly. Staff are really nice, too!

Had to repeat myself 3 times and they still got my order wrong. The cashier in the drive thru was sick and not wearing her mask. The fries were just dumped in the bag. Not a happy customer.

Tried one night, and they gave us a short list of what was left??
Tried a couple months later. Menu screen locked up. Asked for menu, they couldn’t hear. Randomly asked if we wanted food as appears intercom was malfunctioning.
That’s my last try. Only go to McD’s a few times a year. Now I can pass by happily.

Updating my review to three stars. The morning/lunch employees deserve some credit- it’s like night and day- literally and figuratively:). 3x consistently positive. (I tried the later crew once more just to test it out- same issue:(.
Honestly. How many awful reviews does it take for this owner to wake up and start making changes? This location is a joke. They might as well not even say that they’re open, because very rarely does anybody respond while customers wait in the drive-thru. Tonight, quite interestingly, a few employees were observed to be getting in/out of a car, laughing, and having a good ol’ time, appearing as though they were taking a “break,” meanwhile making it appear as if they were open inside. Either close this place down, or get yourself some employees who actually do their job. The fact that they are being paid is ridiculous.
