Taco Bell

Rude order taker/ window worker. She didn’t ask us if we wanted sauce or even put any in the bag, no napkins. When she gave us our order, we wanted to check to make sure everything was there…not even 5 seconds passed, she opened the window again rudely saying “could you pull forward!” and rolling her eyes as told her we were just checking our order quick. Sloppily put together and messy items in our bag. 😒

I was and order 2 chalupas supreme for my kid and ask for just chicken lettuce and cheese. They put sour cream and and tomatoes on it. I went back and ask for a refund and the person said they don’t do refund. I ask to talk to a manager and the manager was really rude and said no refund. She offers to remake the chalupas but I afraid they going to do something bad to the food so I said again I want a refund. And she said to give me the coupon for next time which I’m ok with that. So I took the coupon and it’s a taco, what the heck I had 2 chalupas and they going to give me taco? Very messed up. They’re never going to get any business from me. I’m the type that never complain but I totally lost it today. I don’t even want to give them a star, but you can’t post without a star. No star for them. Very unhappy. Very poor customer service.

This has been twice I visited this location on my lunch break, and have had missing food from my order that I have paid for. Today I went back to this location and talked with a “manager “ an extremely rude younger female that refused to give me her name. She has absolutely no customer service skills at all. I am extremely disappointed with this location. The “manager” at this location needs to learn some people skills.

Whenever we go there at night, one of the workers always says they are extremely under staffed with two workers. She always has a nasty tone when giving instructions too. I’ve seen Taco Bell’s function with just two people. They always get something wrong or say they are out of something and are extremely slow, and they mess up the food. They overcooked my chalupas today and the taco I got was cold. Their favorite excuse is “our systems are down it’ll be 10-15 minutes”.
