Terrazza

Everything about this restaurant was incredible! The atmosphere is beautiful! We had the red sangria! The pitcher was a very generous serving and it was delicious! The service was excellent. Extremely polite and very attentive! The food was incredible! Very reasonably priced and the portions were large! Overall we were very extremely satisfied and can't wait to go back again!

This review is for Terrazza, not Ciros, guess there’s no way to delete it Its been a while since we've been here--Went on 5/11 about 8:30pm (had reservations), the place looks nicely remodeled but too bright in the dining room for me. I must say the food was absolutely delicious however our meal took 3 hours!😖 Ordered our drinks and apps-1st pitcher of sangria came out quick but took about an hour for our apps. Then we ordererd our entrees--that took another 55 minutes (I timed it). It really ruined our mood--by 10:45 we were cranky & hungry! They appeared to be short staffed; the waiter tried but it was too much. I'm going to give them another try soon, hoping for a better experience.

Me and me family visited this new restaurant a week ago & the service was good, we were impressed at how quick we got our food & of the service. I went back with more family members today & we were SO offended & left! They were definitely busier so we waited to get the menus, which was fine. No one came back to serve us water or to take our drink orders. We waited approximately 15mins! Another table came after us & they were served plus taken care of before us!! We were so upset, we just got up & left! So disappointing because the food is great but when we feel like our money doesn't matter, it is extremely offensive. We definitely WILL NOT be visiting this place again!

Had high Hope's for this restaurant. First, for the entire two plus hours we were there, we were the ONLY party in the dining room. The waitress was nice, but for being her only table, we should of had better service. Out of the four meals, I can say that only the pork was good. The food is, and I am being generous, average at best. Service was slow, though very nice. Price was good for 4 with drinks. I doubt I will ever go back. Perhaps if we had gone for the live music and lounge I would have enjoyed it more?

The food isn't bad, the service is terrible. Every time we have gone there (before and after the renovation), it is always the same. We were there 9/18 on a Monday at 8 o'clock pm and we were the only customers there, aside from one other couple who were finishing up their meal. The waitress came one time to get our order and that was it. The rest of the time she was in the front by the door looking at her phone and not checking up on us at all. After about 20 minutes of waiting and trying to get her attention (she was staring down at her phone), I finally had to get up and walk over to her to ask for another drink, and she was startled because she was so into what was on her phone instead of actually working at work (what a crazy concept, right?!?) I will never go back to this place again; the service sucks, and it's a waste of time and money especially since they are trying to go for the fancy lounge type exotic vibe. I really have wanted this place to be good ever since they opened years ago, but I have given them at least 5 chances too many, and they have failed every single time. It is such a shame, the potential is there, the employees and management are self sabotaging. Do yourself a favor and spend your money at one of the many other excellent establishments in the area.

Great restaurant. Excellent service. One of the owners came to our table to acknowledge us and greet us. Great food too. This is a nice place to take your girl or wife if you want to be romantic or have a nice night out. They have guys who perform and sing. I'll definitely come here in the future. FYI if you want to come here for food you MUST come early. Great vibes and I would recommend this restaurant to any Spanish couple or person.
