Taco Bell

I asked for a receipt, the young lady at the register did not know how to print it so she called the manager. The manager informed me they could not print receipts. I asked why this store was different from other stores in a five state radius that could print. I was informed the system was down and not working. I stated by down, you mean you do not know how to do it. The District Manager was walking to the register from the back of the store now. The manager reassured me the system was down. The District Manager interrupted him and informed him he, in fact, could print a receipt. As she was completing the task, the manager's body language plainly showed he had no clue what she was doing. Instead of him being honest about not knowing how to print a receipt, he opted for the moral low road, and lied about it. If you are a liar, then you are a cheat and a thief. I did not get my drink with my order and had zero desire to go back in after that. The young man who prepared my food did an astonishingly good job. The presentation and neatness of the order was awesome. It tasted great. That young man that paid that much attention to detail and took pride in his job is who needs to be in the manager's position.

It's Taco Bell, come on. The only reason I took away stars from what I expected was because I don't like their meat so always substitute for beans. They didn't follow directions but I was too tired to make someone remake them and the staff was arguing about it anyways so I just fed the stuff I didn't want to my husband. Pay attention and learn to use the computer. Communication is key and if you have to "say something" to a coworker do it where guests can't hear and see you.

I will never go back to this taco bell. Had to change orders because "no fried or grilled items" then "were out of lettuce" "out of pepsi" "out of mild and hot sauce" and not even one sorry or i apologize for being out of HALF THE MENU. Just a snarky look and just leave already attitude. They get one star only because there isnt a zero star option. Complete garbage service. Then after not having lettuce they barely put ANY meat or cheese in my tacos.... such trash service it blows my mind. You would think after telling me they are out of so many things they would at least not completely rip me off on meat and cheese.

Everytime we go through here it’s the coldest water filled toco you will ever eat. Everything gets put in the bag all sloppy. Crazy thing is don’t order anything with chicken cause they will make all the beef tocos put them at the bottom of the bag they sit there for 5 mins before they put all the hot chicken on top of them makes for a great Toco!

Don't go here if you want your food right. Don't tell the manager cause then your wife is rude due to this store's inability to get the order correct. Now mind you we didn't go through the drive thru cause our order wasn't small. Not once was it wrong but multiple times. So if you want your food right just skip this store completely . cause they don't fix it and the guy manager acts like he is 10
