Kfc

Ordered at the drive thru at 6:25pm. I order a spicy chicken combo. I pull up to the window and hear loud discussion/bickering from the employees. Finally at 6:40 a worker comes to the window, takes my money, and asks me to park because my chicken is cooking. She says that it will be ready in 7 minutes. There are two cars parked in front of me waiting on food . I wait until 6:55pm and walk in and politely ask for a refund. These cars parked in front of me had been waiting longer than me. I was given a refund. The restaurant was not very busy during this time. There is something very wrong with the management of this restaurant. The restaurant was staffed with at least 6 people, that I saw, during this time. There were some employees making a good effort, but better leadership would help the restaurant operate more efficiently.

This place use to be a good restaurant but every week within the last 2 months I have place a online order but they refuse to let you in to pick it but you have co works inside hanging out with there wife or girlfriend an there child I even took a picture while I was waiting on food again through the online app that was ready again but I had to get in the line again then get asked to pull up an they will bring it out when it's ready the app said my order was ready I almost posted the pictures of the staff member an his child that he picked up an stood her on top of the table an his other child was running around the store while he was standing there talking I guess to his wife I don't know but a few minutes later he walks away then come out with my food I'm gonna have to start going to churches or something cause this place never open for you to even go in an get your online order an if customers can't come an get there food employees shouldn't be allowed to let there family members in an I'm paying for a online order an I always end up parked after going to drive thru an you get home an your missing fries an gas cost to much cause these folks can't operate like they should.....

Ever since they remodeled this place, the food quality has gone down, the staff is completely useless and extremely rude. Been a hand full of times. Have had to have order redone each times do to something missing or wrong. When asking staff to correct order they immediately get an attitude. Last time going inside it took 45 minutes and they still couldn't get order correct. I think they should fire everyone and start over.

The manager was rude, argumentative and obnoxious. I requested that my food be made fresh and she told me that KFC does not like wasting food when she brought my order not the way that I requested. When I requested the corporate office number she rudely told me to check the internet and then walked away. This is not a restaurant that I would recommend or will be returning to, I'll just take my business down the street to Popeyes
