As soon as you walk in the door, the floor was COVERED in trash and food. Watched our waitress walk past 1/2 a biscuit in the middle of the floor probably 20 times. And they weren’t busy at all. Food was subpar. Ordered the new chicken biscuit and all it had on it was chicken (which was drowned in chili powder that we had to scrap off with a fork). Shrimp Alfredo had no seasoning. Biscuits were great, but that’s a given. Not to mention it took 30 minutes to get our food. For 2 people. That red lobster used to be a very well managed and reputable place - but I’ll never go back. Paid $50 for a restaurant that is dirtier than my house and the food wasn’t even worth leaving in the first place.

The people and service was great. Delicious meal, my only reason for not giving five stars is the place has a old, almost mildew type smell. Could not finish my meal there smells awful. The carpet needs to be taken out with just plain floors so mopping can occur OFTEN. This is a management issue and has been going before the pandemic.

Madison was an excellent server, food was so good, place clean. Only one thing wrong, no to go sweet tea.
We went again yesterday and all was good and we especially like no loud music. We could carry on a conversation

This place is horrible; They don't care about the customers. My wife and I went in and waited for ten minutes when there were only a few people there. Finally, we went to the seat and the table was dirty from previous customers. We ordered a night date meals worth $100, and all the food was under cook and microwave STEAK. We had to leave because I was about to vomit.. We will never go to this place again... Save your money for other Red Lobster in different locations who have five-star reviews.

Upon arrival we had to wait because we had a party of nine. After being seated.
Waitress took our order for drinks.
Waitress:arrives with our drinks in a to go cups.
Us. Don't you have regular glasses?
Waitress:No
Us:Ordered appetizers and children food and asked about biscuits .
Waitress: It will be about 15-20 minutes. When the waitress brought the biscuits,she brought plastic to go cutlery for us to eat with.
Us:Don't you have regular silverware?
Waitress: No
Us: Don't you have a dishwasher?
Waitress: Yes,but we only run it when it gets full.

This was the best experience that we have had at any restaurant we have eaten. From the time of checking in to the time we were seated. We had our drinks right away. The manager took care of us till our server could get to us. Food orders were taken and brought out hot and delicious. Their personality were the best. Red Lobster is lucky to have this group of workers. They are a model of what excellent customer service should be. Thank you to all those working December 23, 2021.

Party of four here at opening for lunch. Seated promptly and our server Ilysa was over quickly and got drink orders and appetizer; our food orders were then taken. Server was hustling and did a great job. All of us enjoyed our lunch! Good job Red Lobster!
