Subway

It would be 0 stars if there was that option. I waited 22 minutes for the server to make (and ring up the two sandwiches) for the only customer in front of me. Then he said that he can’t make the steak and egg sandwich that I came in there for. I left without ordering anything. It’s always like this in there; it seems.

So we ordered food, the extremely rude lady totally input our order wrong, the food didn't look very appetizing or fresh, and they over charged us. When we tried to make it right the rude lady was over talking the manager and was asked several times to stop, go in back room, and let manager handle it. She continued to argue and call us wrong. The manager wanted to refund 56.00 to our card and re ring up the 46.00 order. This making funds not available due to waiting period. We couldn't do that so we were forced to decline her offer. When we told them not to worry about it and that a review goes along ways. That's when the manager grabbed her wallet, asked what we wanted, I said the 7-10.00 that we were over charged. She handed me a 20 and asked for a good review. Please be weary and if you eat here make sure your food is fresh and the lady is nice?

Probably the worst subway, thus far. The treys (and more) weren't cleaned properly, the service lacks quality experience, and the way they go about business is very low quality. This is hysterically terrible. Just because it's "fastfood," doesn't mean you can't put some quality effort into each sandwich. Show some class.

Ridiculous! There signature wraps cant be changed I got told this by gretchen and her senior worker. I have had my order changed on this very same wrap at different locations. By saying they cant sub out ingredients is down right stupid. That's the point of subway "sandwiches made your way" instead they give you attidute when you dont want something and try and poison you with food you have allergies to. They made my whole sandwich without asking me what cheese what veggies and just went all willy nilly with it Then when I asked for certain things off they informed me they dont do that and had a additude about it. Customer service is 0! I will NOT be eating here again. I will go to arrow head subway instead.

I'm passing through Pendleton because my grandson had a basket ball game. I decided I would like to stop by and go pick up a few things from Walmart. So I stop by subway to pick up something to eat. The manager lady looked like she was mad or something. it kind of scared me. I wont go back there. I left even without ordering.
