Wendy's

The food here is reasonably priced. I really enjoyed it, too. The only problem I've ever had here is that sometimes the service is a little slow, but that rarely happens. And once, only once, the drink machine didn't have any flavoring and tasted off. That's about it though. A great business with barely any problems.

Worst Wendy's ever. I live close and my kids love the burgers so I'm stuck spending money there often. This Sunday was the worst experience yet. 3 kids meals with Sprite and a spicy chicken sandwich meal with diet Coke. Didn't get straws, fries were all cold and if I combined all the fries from all the orders, I might have a medium. The girl at the window argued with me that she had given me my drinks..which she hadn't.. as if I would have forgotten? Best part is that none of the kids sprites had ice and they were just unflavored carbonated water. Oh, and it took 25 minutes from the time I got in line until I drove away.. and there were only 2 cars in front of me. The morning/daytime service is a little better but at least they try. I'd recommend going a little further down the road to the next Wendy's or the Sonic across the street. This one is aweful.

The employees are really nice. The food is Wendy's, but why-why-why-why do you have to wait so long if you're going in the drive through? The last time I went I timed it- two minutes of no movement just waiting to put in an order. I left. If there is NO one else in line I will go here, but otherwise, nope nope nope.

Great deal for the $$ when they honor coupons, but recently the service has been just terrible. Check your food carefully before driving away. I even put off taking the survey on the receipt to make sure the local management resolved the issues before corporate, but nahhh... they won't even answer the phone. Six attempts over past 2 days since the latest botched order. I ordered & was charged for a premium S'Awesome bacon burger, but received a lousy Dave's single without the fixings. Maybe a simple mixup at the window, but they really don't want to resolve it unless you are still on the property. I took pics on my phone, but not allowing Google access to all my drive files.

The best fast food I’ve had in Alabama. Wendy’s hasn’t let me down yet! Although this locations service seemed a bit slow. The fries leave a bit to be desired as they usually seem unevenly salted. The burgers are great though—in comparison to other fast food locations. The new avocado burger is my favorite.
