This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts but today I walked in to find that my favorite employee Bertha had suddenly passed away in her home country of Ecuador while vacatioing. She was a breath of fresh air in the morning, she made my coffee with love, she was like family. I'm so sad over her loss to our community, she was a friend and she will me missed immensely. What a great loss for her family and Dunkin Donuts. May she rest in peace 🙏
