I was hesitant to come back due to rude/bad service, cold/bad/incorrect orders, long waits, not taking morning orders when they were supposed to be open every single order I have ordered from this location. Today was the first great experience I have had here. 9/28/23 @ 9 am, the worker was actually nice and had a smile on her face, the food was delicious and hot, and the wait was extremely short. Hopefully you fired all the old employees and got rid of their toxic culture because this experience was gteat!

I went the day after New Years Eve and ordered a #1 medium with soda. Burger and fries was enough to make me full There were 2 ladies that were just working. The restrooms were next door but were not that clean.

The kindness and service have changed a lot I don't know if I'm under new charge or have more staff because days ago it was terrible but today I happened to stop by to try the new frosty stroberry that was advertised on TV And the young man who took care of me very kind gentleman all very clean and organized that the place could be seen . 5star

Last time I ranted. I was a lil mad but honestly I havent been unsatisfied withbthe Bourbon Bacon combo with baconator fries and a strawberry lemonade. I get that on my good days. Wendys is the most convenient when i want to go for food but i dont want to drive too far.

I cant lie. Wendys has improved with its new breakfast menu. I tried the bacon egg and cheese croissant and it was wonderful. Great service. Not totally convinced on the fried but i will be coming back.

Gotta say I have never had an issue at this Wendy's. Been happy with the service every time. Food is always hit and delivered in a very timely manner. And they close at 10.
