Awful. I will never go here again. Not only did they have absolutely no personality but also horrible customer service. They don’t know how to make a simple iced coffee. How in the world do you screw up an iced coffee. But on top of that this is the second Dunkin’ who has the balls to put cinnamon sugar on top of a peppermint mocha latte when it’s supposed to be cocoa powder(I know it’s cinnamon sugar because I saw it.). Plus they didn’t even stir my iced latte. If I could give them no starts or negative I would.

Even though this Dunks was very busy, parking was quick and easy. Order was taken quick and moved to pick up and sandwich was ready in couple of minutes. Had Pesto tomato & cheese with cornbread munchkins.

As you walk in the line may look intimidating but it moves surprisingly fast, the employees are super friendly and I heard them even wishing good morning to customers by 1st name, that's a + to starting your day if you ask me, my order was perfect and wait time was fast, was told have a great day as I left, you don't here that enough now a days, I will be returning 5☆

The usual great coffee! Their donuts were better when they cook them locally every 4 hours. You remember the commercials? It's time to make the donuts.

These employees do not understand what they are doing. I ordered something else and got something else. Most of the times is hard to find someone who really understands your order. They barely speak English! And make a big deal if you want to customize the order. They are rude.
