My mom and I went to this cafe for the very first time this morning and it was AMAZING. We got cinnamon bun lattes and #3 breakfast sandwiches. Literally the best sandwich and latte I’ve had. Also, the girl who waited on us was so very kind. Will be back!!!

great coffee, tight breakfast sandos, friendly service. A large coffee and a sandwich ("greens eggs and ham" - ham and egg with pesto and greens on a ciabatta, yum) only ran me $10, a total steal for how good it all was. definitely stopping in again to fuel up for my Sunday errands!

The staff is amazing - friendly and welcoming. Delicious coffee and I'm still thinking about the bacon in my breakfast sandwich.

We've been visiting all of the coffee & pastry shops in and around Salem MA and so far, this spot wins it for us, hands down. The coffee was perfectly roasted (so many places over-roast!) And the added flavors were subtle and delicious (I chose honey and almond while my wife had cinnamon). The pastries were also excellent, fresh and flavorful! Combined with the sunny disposition of the staff who served us, we give this one four enthusiastic thumbs up!

We were waiting fort our car to get fixed, do we ended up working from here for a couple of hours and it just happened to be a day where Xfinity was covering all orders for the day. The vegan one wrap is really good, and they have great options for lattes, too. It was a nice place to hangout for a bit.

Absolutely love this place!!! I was on my way to work when my car broke down a few doors down from Breaking Grounds. While I waited for the tow truck to come, I walked over to get myself a coffee and a sandwich. The food/drink was incredible and the staff is so welcoming. I am so thankful that I discovered this treasure, even if it had to happen because of my car!
