Taco Bell

I ordered using the Taco Bell app which was having issues but my order went in and I was able to pick it up in less than 15 minutes. This Taco Bell is open for in dining so I was able to walk into the lobby and not have to walk up to the drive-thru. The woman at the counter was friendly, nice and my order had everything need including napkins.

This Taco Bell is a disgrace to Taco Bells everywhere. I ordered on the kiosk and after 20 minutes went up to the register to hear other people who had also ordered from the kiosk and also not received their food. Apparently the kiosk wasn’t sending orders to the kitchen but the employees never put “out of order” signage on the kiosks. I re-placed my order and somehow it still came out wrong: 3 regular tacos instead of 2 bean burrito supremes. Also someone please tell the kitchen staff that Mexican pizzas has tomatoes on them, before both of the ones we ordered came without. I won’t ever stop at this Taco Bell again.
