Little Caesars

I'm done with this dump. They never make the pizzas right; it's always very hit-or-miss. Then, today, I had an entire order marked "delivered." Nothing arrived. I got a strange call asking for somebody I do not know, so I said "wrong number" and he hung up on me. Was that my delivery driver? Who knows. Don't waste your time.

Payson Little Caesars pizza is not worth your time. Their pre-orders have never been on time. On two occasions I asked for a refund after waiting over 30 minutes past my pickup time with no end in sight. Their crust never gets cut all the way through. I need to re-cut it at home every time. The employees are messing around in the back and slow, with no urgency to push product out the door as the lobby and drive-thru lines line up. I don’t know if they are High or just low quality employees? But they are not managed well or at all apparently. The cheese, sauce and pepperoni are minimal, you get more crust then pizza and the pizza crust was “cardboard”. After multiple problems and hoping they would get better. I stopped giving them my business and now will only promote Santaquin Little Caesars who is 1000 times better with the same ingredients and Better management. It is worth the five minute drive between the two stores, and you will still save time on waiting for your order.

One of the worst locations. Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes.. then when I finally get to the speaker. They tell me it's gonna take another 20 minutes.. for 2 "hotnready" pizzas? Then I drive around the front and there's only 2 people in the store.. its like this every time iver been here. Never seems to change.. how does little Ceasars get away with this to of extremely poor service?

Always "crazy" slow. Pizza is hit or miss on actually being warm. (Never has been hot!) Customer service is terrible. Last time I visited, (I have visited a total of 4 times) of the 8 or so employees working, only one actually seemed to be doing any work. Asked the girl at the counter for the three extra sauces I paid for that she forgot to hand me. She disappears for a few min and came back with two, barely a 1/4 full containers and literally tosses them on top of the pizzas I was holding without a word. I was kinda bugged at this point and asked her to please bring me the third (I paid for three!) and actually fill the cups this time. Her response? "I can't even deal with you right now." and stomps away to glare at me with a few other employees just hanging out in the back. The one overwhelmed kid actually working overhears what happened, comes and apologizes and offers to get me the sauces. I wish I had names, but that one kid actually trying deserves a raise or promotion. (Only worker in black so maybe he was the shift manager?)

The pizza is great but there’s a man, I believe he’s the manager, who is so rude. I asked for a lunch combo cheese instead of pepperoni and he got mad at me because he had to go make it. I dread going here because he makes me feel stupid every time. That’s his job. Seriously little Ceasars, hire nice and respectful people. This guy is so rude!!! If I could give zero stars, I would.

Ordered a pepperoni cheeser cheeser, and a order of cheese bread on Saturday night. The last time we pre-ordered we waited at least 45 longer than what they said. This time the cheese bread was great, but the pizza hit a new low. I’m pretty sure they forgot the sauce, and was also skimpy on the toppings. The next time we’re going to make the extra trip to Spanish Fork. Never been disappointed going there.

Told the order would take 15 mins to be done, was way longer than that. Had us pull forward to out front so they could bring us the order when it’s finished (like they are supposed to) and when they were just standing around doing nothing we went in to get the food and ask why no one brought it out and a rude girl said “it’s not my job” thats very unprofessional and rude and I know for a fact it is your job I used to work here. Very disappointed
