I decided to have a Cheeseburger and their famous French Fries 🍟 on Sunday, they did not disappoint. So tasty...
After I was finished, eating inside I decided to try a shake. I chose Chocolate and a touch of salted caramel 😋. Really enjoyed it.

I had a decent cheeseburger for a reasonable price. It's definitely one of the better fast food places to grab a burger. Staff was polite and preparation was fast. The only negative was the restroom, which was not super clean.

The guy working opted to serve two beautiful women that ordered after us before he completed our order. Didn't matter we were paying customers and he never apologized either. Boo!! I definitely felt discriminated against.

I'm usually a big fan of Five Guys but tonight kinda grossed me out. They wrapped my burger in lettuce that had gone bad. They also forgot my bacon. So they handed me a single piece of lettuce and 2 pieces of bacon on tin foil to make it right. That would have been OK in most cases but having my whole meal wrapped in produce gone bad just didn't sit right.

Just tried going to 5 guys in payson. Nobody in line ahead of me 4 people working the line making the burgers. Stood there for 10 minutes and nobody came to register to take my order. There was maybe 15 to 20 people in the restaurant. Most already had their food and was eating. Such poor customer service for a $10 hamburger.

Burger is good new employee I think his name was Johnathan was awesome in helping me cuz I never ate here before. So creating my burger was awesome homeaid frys would have been good if not seasoned yuk

Food was fresh, hot and delicious. 5 guys has always been good in my experience in Arizona and Utah. Staff was very friendly too.

There were of us. Food was delicious. The fries are always amazing and this location was also amazing. The staff was friendly with children ordering.
