I am in Pawtucket, RI for a week and walk to this store daily. I had avocado Toast for the first time it was good (Avocado is a spread, comes in a small container)
Love their original coffee. Their dark roast (midnight roast) takes about 5-7 mins to brew. Overall CX is great.

Dunkin is Dunkin, I use to love this location but the last year or so there has been a huge turnover. Sometimes you’re ignored at the counter, and the drive thru takes forever. 2 cars in front of me, 1st goes quickly, then at least 3 minutes b4 the 2nd ordered a meal for 10. Total time in drive thru was 13 minutes. That’s a long time.

every time i go to this location they mess something up wether it be my drink or my food, today i ordered a salted caramel cold foam cold brew that they ADVERTISED on their sign and just about everywhere, they told me they didn't have it but they had the flavoring which come to find out was the same exact thing i wanted but she didn't give me what i wanted. she gave it to me regular when i said black and just lied to me so overall im very disappointed in this location, plus they're always very rude. never going here again.

I placed a large pick up order and I accidentally placed the order twice. The manager (I believe her name was Gesela) was really nice and helpful, even though they were extremely busy. It’s not often that I experience such great customer service!

Theres a reason why new england runs on dunkin and that's cause the food and coffee is always good and the service is great. No matter how complicated the order is it's always done right and taste great the food is a great compliment to the drink and u get it quick and with a smile, love dunkin!
