Decided to try out doordashing during the holidays for diaper and formula money. Came to the lobby to pick up an order that was scheduled to be ready upon arrival on the app. Gave them the order number and made me wait 30 minutes. At one point over heard a lady say door dash gets last priority do drive threw orders 1st and watched them crank out order after order while i waited patiently. Guess the people out here trying to make a little extra money and the customers ordering food online get last priority. Ill get my coffee and donuts elsewhere now thank you

Morning after Xmas. Not sure of the staff count but regardless, when you order 2 Vanilla Iced Lattes. Older women (assuming) then says in iced capp or iced coffee. I repeated. They acknowledged after repeating it right back. All good right? Nope wrong. Pulled up to receive two medium mocha lattes... IF the same woman wasn't busy yelling at one other staff member and I mean screeching like an animal l, they would've heard what I wanted at least I assume? On top of that I could have pointed out the drinks was wrong but due to that women's self intitlement, I had already waited over 15 minutes at the window. The man at the window, total gentleman and was apologetic for the wait. Like him.

We order two Carmel iced coffee and two bagels and one of the bagels came out rock hard with no cream cheese and the two ice coffees were straight coffee and we went back through and they were saying that they put cream and sugar. Right before they went to hand us out are remade drinks one the employees said, “she complained”. They were really rude to us even though we paid so much for the ice coffees .

I was at the Patasjala site this morning (November 14) and ordered a couple of donuts, orange juice, coffee and a egg and bacon on an English muffin. The donuts, coffee and orange juice came out quickly and I was told the breakfast sandwich was being made. 5 minutes later, way to long to wait, I was asked what kind of sandwich I ordered. Not first experience at this site with people who seem to be I’ll trained and list. It will be the last time.
