Mcdonald's

This particular McDonald's is OK, the service is pretty standard when comparing it to a lot of stores, dining in is the safer option as using the drive through can lead to you leaving with your order done incorrectly, one let down for this store is the fact that it isn't 24 hours, so if your hungry late at night, you can forget the late night Maccas Run! This also means if you are starting work early, you won't be able to get a hot Coffee either..

Whoever was working on the drive-thru Saturday October 30 at 8pm shouldn't work in food service. Ordered 24 nuggets, and asked for a mix of sauces. The woman said "yeh yeh" then asked again when paying and she said "yeh yeh" and then again at when they passed me my order. After checking I found that all sweet and sour.

It's McDonald's - the same kitsch as every other McDonald's, and no, I do not want ice in my Coke and I don't want to upsize my order either! To elaborate further on my experience here, at least this McDonald's seems to be a lot cleaner than my earlier McDonald's experiences. Upon approaching the entrance I was a bit fearful of entering the store on seeing an overflowing rubbish receptacle crammed full of glorious McRubbish. After overcoming the initial shock of this overwhelming sight, I was pleasantly surprised to see the interior of the restaurant which was in a clean, tidy, presentable and one could almost say, a liveable state. After a closer inspection there were the usual obvious signs of neglect and lack of real cleaning and pride in this store, those signs being food scraps scattered around the floor as well as a drink tray that had been left unattended, dumped at the front of the service counter. Although the mural on the wall wishes to convey a 10/10 message to the general public, I wouldn't be so quick to go that far. I'd be lucky to be generous enough to rate this store at around about 5/10 at best, although it is in a much more sanitary state than the other McDonald's stores I have visited in recent days. Behind the service counter looked clean and maintained, the coffee machine area was clean and tidy. Overall my impressions with this McDonald's are good. A bit more attention to detail would bring the standard and presentation of this store to a higher level, which would bring it into the satisfactory range, although there is a bit of work to be done here yet to bring it up to an acceptable level of decency.

This place needs to be more cleaner friendly, I sat there last week for an hour and a half, then I left as a kid left his food rappers on a table. Even today, not one person came out and cleaned the restaurant. They where to busy trying to serve people. Where is the OH&S and policy's on COVID-19 stuff.

Update: I take back my previous comments below and reduce rating from 3 stars to 1. They are absolutely incompetent and useless. Cannot operate 2 drive-thru lanes. I drove into the left lane. Waited for a few seconds. Another car drove into the right lane and guess what, their order was taken first. Not worth complaining to the manager as they are also useless. I'm sure I've reviewed this Maccas before. Service has somewhat improved but still pathetic (drive thru). They seriously need to consider reducing it from two order stations to one, as they never (ever) serve the first car that drives up.

Not sure who trains the staff here but it ranks number 1 in the most incompetent McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my entire 30 years alive on this planet. I can understand they’re all children so I’ve been here a few times before I decided to stop coming back because surprise - every single order has been wrong. Not just 1 order but around 50 orders over the course of 2 years. They also forget to mention when they’ve run out of Mcplant Pattie’s and try to give you a quarter pounder instead lol. Go to Bell street or Broadmeadows this one’s a waste of time.
