Domino's Pizza

2 thin crusted pizzas with 3 toppings were a junk. I took 2 different sauces with 3 different toppings and both were tasting like a cheap pastry sold somewhere in the cheapest burger place. They cut those round pizzas for terrible uneven squares. I've eaten Dominos pizzas in other countries before. I always take thin crusted pizza. The others were on italian thin crust and were juicy because perfect sauces and toppings and tasty. These two were dry like Dry Valleys and had no taste ( just one of them was with a garlic parmesan sauce so I felt only garlic there at all). Also the store doesn't have any direction where it has the carside delivery. So I was waiting on the parking beside the store and 10 mins later I just came on to the store and asked where are my pizzas and they said we did not find you and tried to call but you phone is offline. It was true about the phone but still I was on their parking lot where was only one car. So they easily could find me if they wanted to. So I got not only pizzas on puff pastry (a nightmare of most people who know how pizza should be made) but cooled them also.

Ordered a thin crust philly cheesesteak pizza and a chicken alfredo and a 2 liter coke. I was polite since making the order. Now im mad as hell. I did call them that the order was wrong. They did deliver what i originally ordered which was cool. Still going through all that could of been avoided. It was almost 10 pm and i was hungry AF. Imma give them three stars.

Most horrible dominoes I’ve ever interacted with! They close early they give horrible service their food is prepared very below par, they never pick up their phone, and they give horrible attitude with every interaction. There are five other dominoes in Pasadena that I know of, I would highly recommend using a different one.

PasadenaCA location on Colorado Blvd across from Leslie’s Pools and next to America’s Tire Depot. They have bad attitudes. First, the young men who are also drivers are not knowledgeable about the specials. I did ask twice of which he was clueless. He was in a hurry to just ring me up. After I decided I did not want a $13 medium cheese pizza - I changed it to a small cheese $7 ish, when a nicer knowledgeable tall gentleman helped. Upon getting the pizzas (we ordered more than one), the other young guy making the pizzas had an attitude because I changed the size so our pizzas were not a priority. If I did not know any better - I thought I just took money directly out of his pocket AND that I was interrupting his work! They have Misplaced emotions to the most trivial stuff… mental health is real!!!
