Anjappar

The miserly owner needs to have a few more staff at this place. This is a dine in restaurant therefore please also train your staff. With just two staff ans so many dine-in and take away orders, the kitchen and staff are going crazy on a Saturday night. I cannot fault the staff, they maintined compose with irate customers, therefore 4 starts, else 2 stars. The food is getting better over the years. Yes I will gi again but will ensure I don't wait eighty two (82) minutes for a Jamoon. Laughable isn't it?.

We have been visiting Anjapar for many years since 2015 and Even had birthday parties for our kids. The thing is taste is never the same and consistent these years. Once if you taste and feel wow let’s go next time you will end up in disappointment at parramatta. But town hall Anjapar has been maintaining its taste throughout this years good management at Townhall.Recently we bought as usual egg biriyani, chicken biriyani and chicken 65 . Also atu kal soup which was awesome just as we get in Chennai please keep up the same spicy wonderful for cold. Disappointed with biriyani they served cold ice eggs my son said it’s like Ice cream they probably served previous days eggs without even warming up. Parramatta center management have to improve and unreliable but staff who served us was kind.

The looks from outside may not be cozy, but the food is great. Was craving for a lot of food and found the place thru google search. Fully satisfied!! Had their Thai meals and tried the CRAB MASALA !! It was out of the world. The meaty and juicy crab 🦀 with the spicy curry was hitting the spot. The place offers dine in and ample seating. Apart from servers they got a bot 🤖 server too. Definitely gonna recommend!! *Even forgot to get snaps, cuz I was in a hurry to try ‘em.. Amazing Food ❤️

Today have ordered chicken Briyani via uber eat but want I got is just the rice with just bones. Worst experience. Informed them about this situation and those guys were like we don't have delivery person bla bla bla excuses. Horrible experience and I think these guys take it for granted when we ask delivery.

The food and cleanliness have gone downhill over the past 10 years. The food was cold. Our food got served to another table. A dish came out when we were finished eating. It's always chaos. The tables look like they will collapse. It's a shame. The customers are not treated well. They made people sit in the curtains at the windows rather than 4 around a table because they needed room for their robot. The robot is dirty. Shelves have other people's food on them. Mismatched glasses and cutlery. Old bowls. New bowls with labels on. The food can be good but the order of service is just chaotic. The toilets are dirty with missing paper towels and soap. The tables have menus under glass from 2020. The decorations in the restaurant have been up for several past Christmases. They need to train their staff, improve hygiene and invest in the restaurant which has been around for decades.

We celebrated our son’s birthday last weekend. Anjappar Restaurant catered all food(veg and non-veg)required for 40 people. Food was very tasty and authentic. Our friends and kids enjoyed the food. It was enough for everyone. Luckily we were having enough take away boxes for our guests as they wanted to take whatever food was left at party. Thank you Anjappar Restaurant and Team.
