When I order I Famous Bowl…and they cut up chicken sandwich pieces 😡 Some spicy, some not…NO popcorn chicken at all!!! If they would have told me that, I would have ordered something else. I got 3 of them, for my family and they were horrible!

This is the worst KFC I've ever been to in my entire life
Started off with the famous please pull forward.. next think you know there's 4 cars waiting and line is backed up.. the chicken on the sandwich was as dry my dinning room table.. the Mac and cheese was burnt(how you mess that up) .. then the famous bowl was basically not famous at all.. had like 4 tbs of gravy.. shredded chicken (same dry chicken) instead of the popcorn chicken.. was 90% mashed potatoes.. so I basically got a mashed potato bowl with some toppings.. p.s. changed the tank for your pepsi.Pepsi.. that greatly sucked also
I'll either find another KFC to go to.. or not go at all 🤷♂️

We spent over $100 and got half full containers of food. The one container of mac n cheese looked like it was a day old . Some of the chicken was so skimpy and all breading. So disappointing trying to feed 6 people but barely fed 4 what a waste of money!!

The young gentleman who took my order this evening really made my evening. My order is always seems to be perceived as complicated to workers (I’m a vegetarian so it order a famous bowl no chicken no gravy). While he asked for clarification it seemed to be out of wanting to make sure my order was correct and not out of annoyance. I was on the phone with my best friend and even she commented that he was so nice and cared a lot to make sure my order was correct! (She is vegetarian as well and has had similar prior ordering experiences as myself). I was definitely struggling after having left the cemetery visiting my dad, and his small act of kindness really turned my day around. Thank you!

This location just is not good. The young man that brought me my food was very nice, but my order was missing sauce. I mean really, how can you have chicken tenders without sauce, and I didn't even realize until I got home. Also, didn't get my cookie!

Ordered 2 large fries and a cake to add to something we bought someplace else. Were told to pull around and wait out front. Eventually my daughter had to go in and get it. It was fresh and good and the staff was super nice but it took a very long time. Very long.

Girl was barely paying attention to me when I ordered. Gave me the wrong combo that wasn't as much food as i wanted. I didn't check because my child was being loud, but it's not hard to listen to what people are saying. Disappointing. Can't charge extra for a big side either? 3 dollars for a small side is a rip off as well. Last time I'll go to this location. I waited 20 minutes for a bucket last time, but figured they were busy. No they just suck at there jobs

I have never been treated so poorly and never dealt with a rude male "food service" employee as I was today at this KFC!! When we asked to have two of the four chicken sandwiches made with "no mayo", we were told to "order on the app and don't waste my time"! So we drove to Chic-Fil-A and spent our $56.65 there! The Colonel is rolling over in his grave!
