Had not eaten here for 18 months because of held over ingredients. Ate here May 2017.

We were excited to find a Qdoba, used to love it so much there. The food was pretty good, but the prices have gone way up. This location could be cleaner, and it would be nice if the two ladies working weren't standing there on their cell phones while people are eating.

I would take this over Chipotle any day if the week. Very fresh and tasty. Also the portions are huge. I mean you leave there just so full. The staff was awesome and I love al the choices. Place was busy and they handled it with ease.

Update: I wanted to take a moment to edit my review after speaking to the district manager Karen.
I explained my issues to Karen she was very customer centric in addressing my concerns for my previous dining experience.
I am very satisfied with the resolution QDOBA provided.
Today 12/27/18 I once again visited the restaurant this seems to be an isolated incident. Staff member Emily was awesome she made a great meal for me. I like the amount of engagement the other representatives had for the customers in the store. This is how you create brand loyalty!
Previous statement: I had a really disappointing dine in experience at this location. I submitted my feedback online and no one has chosen to follow up with me. This is a really expensive restaurant and I expected something totally different. I'm less likely to choose Qdoba over Chipotle which is feet away from this store.

This location is always fast with fresh, hot food. The staff is pleasant and keeps the dining area clean. Our favorite entrees include the mango chicken salad, nachos and quesadillas. The queso is delicious! Wish this location had breakfast as well!

Their food is mostly great. I do however get good food most times and then sometimes (rarely) I get the bad. Taste old maybe or something. But otherwise it's still a great go to place. It's always clean and always good service.

I ordered online and they matched my order perfectly. It was ready when I arrived and it was still warm. I didn't have to wait in line and the staff was really nice. It's located in front of the giant eagle. The food was really good. The queso is way better than the queso at chipotle.

It's beyond my comprehension as to why this chain hasn't caught on in this area. I've been going to this location for several years now and I really hope they stick around for a long time to come. Their food is much better than Chipotle and they don't charge extra for queso or guac, which is fantastic. I love this place!
