Like a total goomba, I left my BJs card at home and the gentleman at the entrance directed me to customer service where Greg, the representative quickly worked through getting me a replacement card so I could happily shop for the items on my list. Greg was just wonderful with me and I really appreciated his efficiency and how kind he was to me. Thank-you, Greg!

The overall experience is always delightful, but one particular person who stands out is John from the bakery department. I have encountered him on multiple occasions, and he consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. John's helpfulness and positive attitude are truly remarkable. Whenever I have questions or need assistance with bakery items, he is there with a smile, ready to assist me. His polite and friendly demeanor creates a welcoming atmosphere in the store, making my shopping experience even more enjoyable. Not only does John offer assistance, but he also demonstrates a genuine passion for his job. He takes the time to understand my needs and preferences, recommending the best bakery products based on my preferences. First time in a BJ's. I have a membership at other wholesale clubs and this was a little different. Very quiet even though the store was packed on Saturday Morning. They don't have a food court but I don't mind. Decided to sign up for a membership and also had a sign-up for $20.00 card advertisement that came in the mail. The sign-up process was fairly easy to do and the staff member that assisted with my membership sign-up was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Very clean store and the free samples were well organized. I bought a few things and look forward to the many shopping adventures ahead.

Today I went to this BJs club and got excellent service from Samantha who helped me with my water purchase that was a great deal and allowed me to get great price at the pump. The club by my house did not have the qualifying water but this one did and she helped me so I saved a lot. I am very happy. Keep up the good work and pass my comment along to Samantha a great employee.

It's been a long time since we've been a member of BJ's, but when I saw a Groupon for a year of their Inner Circle Membership for $20 (normally $55/year), I jumped on it! Not to mention, this location is literally 10 minutes from my house. We arrived at the store, and went to the Customer Service desk to claim our membership via the Groupon voucher. The employee who assisted us was super friendly and professional. We were able to add my hubby to the membership at no extra charge! She processed the new membership in less than 10 minutes, gave us our Welcome Packet, and we went into the club to browse. The club itself is well maintained and enormous! The merchandise is in stock and the prices are great! For example, we purchased a 72-count box of Dunkin Donuts coffee k-cups for $38.49, and 36-pack of Diet Pepsi cans for $12.99! When we were ready to check out, there were self-checkout lanes, and since we only had two items, opted to use it. An employee came over stating she saw our Welcome Packet and wanted to make sure we found all we needed and if we had a good experience. That was a nice touch! Overall, this is a great location. The parking is ample, the employees are friendly, the inventory is large, and the prices are great! I will definitely be back for more good deals!
