It’s absolutely not acceptable what it this? Plate meal! People want to have dinner after long day of work and get home get this! I understand it was before the closing hours but have some decency.

I ordered walnut shrimp and orange chicken its not orange chicken. I called and I got put on hold for several minutes with no one saying anything to me about it. Never going to this one because I wasn't being a Karen or obnoxious as far as I know just wanted an explanation. I didn't even want my money back then, after the cold shoulder on the phone I do now. I will not be using this restaurant ever again.

Quick efficient and everyone was super sweet the only thing i didnt like was the lady that was veing rude to the employees infront of me BUT that is NOT the companies fault so that does NOT affect my score but that lady gets a 1 star for attitude 😆

There was a bug in my food, the lady helping us was very rude and had an attitude , tried to tell us the bug came from the outside and we asked for our money back , she came back with a replacement of our food , we said we didn’t want the food we just wanted our money and said “well you should have told me that before i got the food” when we clearly stated we wanted our money. never coming here again🤮.

Stopped here for lunch from the drive through on the way home and got a plate with orange chicken and Shanghai Angus steak, the steak being an upcharge. Got home to eat, and the bottom layer of my steak WAS FILLED WITH ORANGE CHICKEN!!!
I have frequently purchased from this location, but if they're going to start pulling this kind of stunt, they can kiss my business goodbye.

Honestly I tried to think of a single complaint, but I've never been let down here. Decent food for a decent price. Oh and the honey walnut shrimp? Try it once and you'll be hooked for life.
