Dining room is open with Self service drink station temporarily closed, but self order kiosks available, which makes customization easy. New bakery items available. If you're going to eat in the lobby, I recommend sitting away from the kitchen. Buzzers rang often and no music to distract from the beeping. The electrical outlets are covered, so you cannot charge your phone. New Pumpkin Spice Delight Iced Coffee is delicious.

Never again!! It's absolutely amazing I walk in there place my order for ice creams for my son and wife that are sitting in the car I think I'm going to get them at a decent time, no you guys skip over the screen looking at it and do nothing about it and you give food to eight or nine people that have come in after me and before me, I know you guys hate making the ice cream and I know you guys make up the same excuse everywhere that the machine doesn't work but just tell me that if you want to be lazy just tell me that, don't make me wait for 15 freaking minutes and you skip me and give everybody else food, the guy had no idea I was waiting for something, they were all completely lost I was standing there for 15 freaking minutes waiting, you guys skipped over the screen I watched you guys look at it and walk away, most of you guys are just standing around, next time just tell your customers the machines broken down and they'll go spend their money elsewhere!! Stop being lazy it takes 30 seconds to put these things together

I packed an order on the app for pick up. When we got there (drive thru) we waited 5 mins before someone stated how can I help you. Informing about our order we proceeded to the first window. The gentleman there was friendly. Then we got to the second window the young lady didn't know our order and we repeated it 4 times. After getting our order we still didn't get a drink we order. We asked about that drink and she stated she didn't have while the manager stated tell them leave. We proceeded with either give us our money back. The young lady acted like she didn't know what to do. We asked for her to compensate with another drink and gave an attitude. The manager once again said tell them leave. They are nasty. We asked for sauce for our nuggets and still didn't get them
