Domino's Pizza

This store does not adhere to CDC protocols. They no longer seal the box and there is no way to know if the driver has tampered or contaminated the food. When I advised the manager when reporting a burnt cold pizza, he seemed to be indifferent to it. If this is Domino's corporate protocol then I apologize to this location. I live within a mile of the store and received a burnt cold pizza after and hour and 20 mins when the website stated deliveries were running 29 minutes. I would never put what they delivered to me in my mouth.

I wish I could give this store 100 plus points. Their driver Michael has a heart of gold. I accidentally ordered the wrong sized drink and he went out of his way to get me another drink out of his pocket. He didn’t have too but he felt in his heart to go the extra mile and things like these sometimes go unnoticed. I really hope the store manager and corporate read this message because there aren’t workers dedicated like this left in the world. That small gesture was a big deal to me and my family. I will continue to order from this store and I hope the store at least thanks him or give him a good raise whatever it is. He deserves it. Thank you so much Michael for going the extra mile. You put a smile on our face tonight. I will definitely pay it forward. Thank you so much

Id give zero starsif it was an option. I tried the car side pickup for the first time and it was the worst. I checked in to let them know I was there and stood outside waiting for 20 minutes. Tried calling to see what was going on because it said my pizza was ready and no one brought it out to only be on hold a few more minutes. It got to the point that I had to go in an they had no customers in the store and like 5 to 6 employees in there. At this point it totally defeated the purpose of car side pick up. Apparently they forgot about me. Absolutely horrible!
