Subway

Have been getting the same meal for over a year now. A Cup of Broccoli and Cheese soup with a "6-inch portion" of rotisserie chicken that I add to it, (it's an actual button they just press on the screen). On Tuesday I went in and ordered my "usual", and the girl frowned and said "I'm sorry but I can't do that, the owner said it messes up inventory. You'll have to buy a whole sandwich... " (very nice girl, she obviously did not create this policy.) So after my head exploded, I politely declined to buying a host of items that come with an entire sandwich that I would not use, not for price reasons, but for pure principle. So not only did this Subway lose an add-on sale with the meat up-charge today, they lost a steady customer who has been coming weekly for over a year. My point of this review is so that the current owner can read this, and realize how they are trying to save the tiniest bit of money somehow, but this will definitely cause them to lose much more in the long run. I hope they take the review to heart, and fix this issue so it does not hurt their business any further...
