Focaccia

Skimpy with pizza. Did not appear very fresh, this was around lunch time on a Saturday. They cut the pizza with scissors and not all the same size. Ordered.3 different types for 3 of us, they were all different size cut, mine being the smallest cut. The flavor was good though. Also ordered Nutella, they burned that a little but it was ok.

Focaccias is a little out of place. However I find that their food and service is appropriate for the vibe you get. Italian Eatery is a little strong to say however I believe this is good place for a lite lunch. I understand many have enjoyed their pizza and much heavier items on the menu however I think its best to stay simple here with picking what you order. is many of their items are as night and day. I find that the best items made are those café style entrees. Panni's, Salads, a wonderful pastry or any of their smaller board dishes seem to be best. I find they struggle a bit with the pizza due to lack of freshness and proper baking I feel mainly due to the limits of being premade. Where this allows for ease in service this creates challenges with providing freshness and taste. The key is to understand that is is not a Italian heavy restaurant were I would highlight what most find as the modern day pizza shop. Service is not an issue here has I found the staff to be pleasant all around. Setting is a bit small for a family or larger groups but great place to enjoy a cup of wine enjoying the day or doing some emails with a lite lunch. I believe Focaccia has great potential to becoming a nice Italian Eatery over time. I find there are no issues with prices and wonder if they are actually set a bit below market from my experience. Either way this is a good place to try at least once with understanding.

Ive eaten here sooooo many times. Started coming before anyone really knew it existed. Before the menu additions other than the pizza. I only ever order the vegan options because I dont eat animal products. I am not surprised by the people that leave neg reviews because they are obviously ignorant. The name of the restaurant is focaccia so dont be surprised when you order food and it comes on focaccia bread. Focaccia isnt Cooked in a blazing hot oven like pizza so you cant prepare it in mere minutes. This is why just like in any other restaurant in america the food is prepped and or pre made and then reheated when ordered. Nothing new here. Since leaving the awful state of Florida ive missed the food from focaccia so much that ive started baking my own focaccia bread at home simply with just onions and then ill add my fresh vegan toppings right before popping it in the toaster oven. Thanks for the culinary inspiration focaccia . I'm sorry your clientele consists of a bunch of low brow neanderthals but it should be expected given the location.
