Painesville location has the best service, chardon makes you believe you are bothering them at work to ask for a cup of coffee much less anything else.

Hands down, best Starbucks in Lake County. I work by three other Starbies, but I avoid them. Emerson, Nancy, Regan, Dom, all the folks here are sweet as a tall iced chai with oat milk! ❤️ I sometimes come up to work from here a few hours in the afternoons and am always happy I did so.

Very busy when I was there. Waited a bit for my drink, but it was worth it as the quality was excellent. I could see the staff really hustling to get orders out fast.

Two ice coffees. Super good and ordered online. We ordered online and it was ready in 5 minutes. We had been 2 buildings away. Very clean area. Close to I 90 freeway off rt 44.

I forgot to mention a drink customization and they made it right and made me feel welcome. Awesome place. The person working the front register was very sincere.

Friendly staff, great store that was very well maintained and clean... however it is clearly understaffed. during rush hour, it seems that there is a need for more people because i went with 7 people working at once and the drive thru line was until the street and inside had about 8-10 customers. and during all this time the employees were working in harmony as quickly as they could. almost like a well oiled machine. but they need to staff more to help them out. (you hear that starbucks corporate).. this is the ONLY reason i gave it 4 stars. or else it would have 5++++

Pro tip - go inside the store and order as the drive up lane is frequently backed up around the store. There is a small patio on the front of the store, and the inside is just a fairly typical Starbucks.
