What a perfect morning treat. Offered here you will find a whole shelf of freshly baked vegan goods, as well as another shelf and counter full of GF/dairy free options. A flaked smoked salt cookie and peach cardamom muffin both were my selection, both excellent in texture, flavor, softness and chewiness. To top it off, the wellness latte with blue algae and salt was top notch, I added espresso to further jumpstart my morning. Certainly a well loved local stop with a constant flow of smiling patrons, plus it’s only one block from the ocean.

Everything was delicious! I went a couple days in a row this weekend, I had the cardamom late twice, it was so good! I also had a passion fruit chocolate donut, a muffin, and a scone. All of them were moist, not gummy, and super tasty! This is a wonderful place for gluten free treats. If you didn't know it was gluten free, you probably wouldn't be able to tell!

Best gluten free baked goods I've ever had! I was diagnosed with celiac disease a few years ago and so I'm very sensitive to gluten. The treats I got here were delicious and completely safe! I have never in all my years of being gluten free found such delicious treats I can eat without worry! Very friendly service and cute atmosphere as well!

Their Harvest Moon drink is so good, but I caution that you probably have to know those flavors first before trying. I enjoy their baked goods, but the donut icing (at least today) was too sweet. A bit of seasalt could have curbed that. I recommend their pumpkin bread, it's got a good pumpkin flavor and not too sweet. Also warming some of the items, like the breads is nice too.
